At SIETE VIDAS LABS S.A.S. we respect your right to request deletion of your personal data. This document explains how to request it, what data we can delete and within what timeframe.
1. What data you can ask us to delete
sietevidaslabs.com has no user accounts and no databases of its own with personal information: whatever you send us travels by email and stays in our mailbox. The personal data we may have associated with you is:
- Emails, WhatsApp or phone calls you started with us: messages, name, contact and conversation content.
- Tracking events associated with your Facebook / Instagram identity captured by the Meta Pixel (ID 772635579208889) while browsing the site.
- Server technical logs with your IP (retained up to 90 days for diagnostics and security).
- Your application to the sales agent program, if you submitted the form at /vendedores: name, email, WhatsApp, country, city, experience, industries, availability, optional link and free-text answer, as they arrived by email at [email protected]. Kept for 12 months from receipt.
2. How to request deletion
Write to [email protected] from the same email you used to contact us. If what you want removed is an application to the sales agent program, write to [email protected] (or [email protected]) from the same address you applied with. Either way, include these details:
- Exact subject: Personal Data Deletion — SVL
- Body: include your full name, phone/email used to contact us, and if possible your Facebook or Instagram user ID (to identify Pixel events).
- Confirm you are making the request as the data subject.
- (Optional) Attach a photo of your ID document if you want us to verify your identity with higher certainty.
3. Timeframe
We reply within 72 business hours confirming receipt. Effective deletion is completed within the following 10 business days.
4. What we do with the request
We delete emails, WhatsApp messages and contact notes where you appear. If your request concerns an application, we delete the email containing your data and any associated evaluation notes. We formally request Meta to delete the Pixel events associated with your identity, in application of Argentine Law 25.326 and GDPR. Technical logs with IP expire automatically after 90 days; we can anonymize them earlier if you explicitly request it.
5. Data we cannot delete
We cannot delete data we are legally required to keep (invoicing, tax obligations, ongoing commercial correspondence). Nor data solely held by third parties (e.g., your Facebook or Instagram profile): for that you must exercise your rights directly on the corresponding platform.
