At SIETE VIDAS LABS S.A.S. (Argentine tax ID 30-71947816-2, registered at Av. Río Negro 194, Las Grutas, Río Negro, Argentina) we respect your privacy. This document explains what data we collect when you visit sietevidaslabs.com, what we use it for and what your rights are.
1. Who we are
SIETE VIDAS LABS S.A.S. is an Argentine company dedicated to AI, software and cybersecurity. Data controller: SIETE VIDAS LABS S.A.S., [email protected], Av. Río Negro 194, Las Grutas, Río Negro (ZIP 8521), Argentina.
2. What data we collect
The site is an informational landing page with no user accounts. It includes a single first-party form: the sales agent program application at /vendedores. The data we process is:
- Anonymous navigation data via Meta Pixel (ID 772635579208889): IP, user agent, pages visited, PageView event. Used to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook / Instagram Ads campaigns.
- Technical server logs (NPM / Cloudflare): IP, timestamp, URL, response code. Used only for diagnostics and abuse detection.
- Requests to Google Fonts to render the Space Grotesk typeface: may imply your IP being sent to Google.
- Data you voluntarily send us by email ([email protected]), phone or WhatsApp: name, contact, message content.
- Data you send us when applying to the sales agent program at /vendedores: full name, email, WhatsApp, country, city, sales experience level, industries where you have contacts, weekly availability, an optional link to your LinkedIn or website, and your free-text answer. We do not ask for a CV or a photo. The application is emailed to [email protected] through Resend and is not stored in any site database; we keep it for 12 months from the day we receive it.
3. What we use the data for
Data is used to: (a) measure ad effectiveness and optimize Meta Ads campaigns; (b) maintain site security and stability; (c) reply to your inquiry if you contact us; (d) evaluate applications to our sales agent program and contact candidates to move the selection process forward. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not make automated decisions about applications.
4. Third parties we share data with
We work with providers who receive technical data to render their services:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite / Ads) — Meta Pixel tracking and advertising. Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
- Cloudflare — CDN, anti-DDoS protection and access logs. Policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
- Google (Google Fonts) — typography service. Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Contabo — VPS hosting. Policy: https://contabo.com/en/legal/privacy-policy/
- Resend — transactional email delivery: delivers the application form data to [email protected]. Acts as data processor on our behalf. Policy: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
5. Cookies
The sietevidaslabs.com domain does NOT set its own cookies. Meta Pixel may set a technical cookie (_fbp) for cross-site tracking. Cloudflare may set a session cookie (__cf_bm) for anti-bot protection. You can block both from your browser settings without affecting site functionality.
6. Your rights (Argentine Law 25.326 and GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, update and delete your personal data. If you are in the European Union, you may also object to processing, request its restriction, request the portability of your data and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Argentine Law 25.326, sec. 5) and, in the case of applications, also the pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). We keep applications received through the form for 12 months from the day we receive them, or less if you ask us to delete them earlier. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] with the subject 'Data Rights' or 'Derechos ARCO' and we reply within 10 business days. If you are in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (https://www.aepd.es).
7. Minors
The site is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18, and the sales agent program application form is restricted to people over 18. If you discover a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it immediately; we do the same as soon as we identify an application from a minor.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published at sietevidaslabs.com/privacy with its last-updated date at the top. Substantive changes are announced on the site 30 days in advance.
